SHIPPING

 

 All orders from ThatRugPlace.com ship directly from our warehouse in Missouri, USA.  Everything we sell is in-stock at our warehouse and will ship out in 1-2 business days. All rugs with a rolled length shorter than 96" qualifiy for free shipping. Any rug over 96" rolled will have a shipping surcharge (which should be clear at check-out) or can be picked up in store.

 

We use USPS and other major shipping companies.  You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and then another when it is fulfilled and shipped.  The second email will contain your specific shipping and tracking information.  You can track the progress of your order by following the links in your shipping confirmation email to the carrier website.

 

RETURNS

 

Please email us at:  contact@thatrugplace.com to initiate all returns and receive specific customer service help to your particular purchase.

 

ALL Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and recieved back at our facility within 45 days. Except in the case of a damaged or defective product, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.  After you contact us, we will email you a return shipping label.  Once your return is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed, minus the cost of return shipping (generally approximately $30, but shipping rates may vary).

 

All returns will be hand inspected before refund is issued. Any returned rugs that smell of smoke or pets will be charged a $40 cleaning fee in addition to the return shipping fee.
